"Decent for the flight"
The movie selection was kinda decent, though there wasn’t a whole lot of newer stuff to choose from. The screen worked fine, but it did feel a little dated. Overall, it was good enough to pass the time on my flight, just nothing too special.

I booked my flight through evaair.com, and the website itself was mostly fine. The problem came up when I had to contact staff about a seat issue. It did get sorted out in the end, but the whole interaction felt rushed. One staff member sounded annoyed and kept giving me really short answers, almost like they just wanted to get me off the call as quickly as possible. I’m not saying they were openly rude, but it definitely didn’t feel like they were trying to help much either. For an airline this big, I expected a little more patience and basic customer service. The issue was fixed, but I didn’t come away feeling very well treated...

"Sorted Eventually... After a Little Waiting Game"
My booking issue did get sorted in the end, so credit where it’s due. But customer service was slow to reply, and I had to send a follow-up before I got any actually clear help. Not the worst experience ever, but when you need quick answers, it’s always fun to sit there refreshing your inbox like it’s a full-time job.

"Stressful cancellation, but they handled it okay"
My flight got cancelled at the last minute, which threw me off and made the whole trip way more stressful than it needed to be. To be fair, EVA Air did rebook me quickly, so I appreciated that. The support team was decent too, though part of me felt like they already knew things were going sideways before they actually told passengers. I just wish they had sent updates sooner instead of leaving us guessing

I flew with EVA Air recently and the boarding was kinda mixed for me. The staff were friendly and trying to help, but the lines was a little confusing and it felt like it took longer than it should. Priority groups boarded first, which was fine, but after that it got a bit messy. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not that smooth. I think better signs or clearer announcements would help a lot.

I used the WiFi on my flight and it was decent. It stayed mostly stable the whole time, though you’d notice it slowing down here and there. Still, it was useful enough for checking messages and getting a few things done

"Worth it for the upgrades"
I’ve been using the EVA Air site for my Infinity MileageLands account, mostly because I always tell myself I’ll keep better track of my miles and then forget until the last minute. The miles seem to add up fine, the seat upgrades are really nice when they actually clear. The website can be a bit slow sometimes, but maybe I’m just impatient because I usually check it when I’m already in a rush. Overall, the benefits make it worth dealing with for me.

"Pretty Good Meals on EVA Air"
Well... I flew EVA Air recently the meals were better than I expected. The hot food actually tasted fresh and wasn’t dry like I’ve had on some other flights. I also really liked the little dessert they included. It’s a simple thing, but it definitely made the long flight feel a bit nicer.

I called EVA Air support to change my booking, and overall it was fine. The agent was polite and got everything sorted for me in the end, so no real complaints there. That said, I was on hold for quite a while before anyone picked up, and I had to repeat my details a few times, which got a little frustrating. Not bad service, but they could definitely make the process quicker and clearer

"Baggage Was Slow, but Staff Helped"
My baggage took quite a while to come out, which was a bit frustrating. Compared to some other airlines I’ve flown with, the wait felt longer than usual. That said, the staff did try to help a little and were polite when I asked about it, so it wasn’t a terrible experience overall.
